Welcome to the 2024-2025 School Year!\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n

\"\"The 2024-2025 school year will be our year of \u201cShowing, Not Telling!\u201d<\/strong> This is our theme and we\u2019ve committed to its meaning. When within a work environment, most if not all of us can communicate what it is about ourselves or work ethic that adds to or would add value to the company or organization that we work for. Having this level of self-confidence is important in the workplace. However, words are useless without actions. To speak words without the results or data that show it, is counterproductive to our school\u2019s mission of building competent readers, writers, and mathematicians. So, this year it\u2019s about work and not just the words. In reflecting on our academic data for the past 5 years, we celebrated the growth accomplishments of our scholars, nevertheless, we don\u2019t want to become complacent. We want and need our scholars to continue to thrive! Therefore, there are 4 action steps that we are going to commit to that would allow our scholars to continue to flourish.<\/p>\n

1. Showing up to work often and with a sense of purpose and competence.
\n2. Being data driven by analyzing our scholars\u2019 data to determine the next best action steps. We\u2019ve done this in the past; however, we want to be more targeted.
\n3. Continue to build on our approach of taking a more balanced approach with behavior management. Reinforcing the importance of choice and how our choices can affect outcomes.
\n4. Planning purposeful, engaging, and differentiated lessons that target the learning needs of all scholars in the classroom.<\/p>\n

We\u2019re excited to welcome back our scholars and families! We\u2019re excited about the new possibilities that a new school year has to offer. As always, thank you for selecting us as the institution to educate your scholars. We consider it an honor and privilege!<\/p>\n
